Precision Ropes is a rope brand. In the United States, the company is Precision Ropes, LLC, 5900 Balcones Drive, Suite 100, Austin, TX 78731, United States. Precision ropes are made at the brand's factory in Brazil, and orders ship from there.

Wholesale inquiries sent through this site are received and handled by our US sales team.

Online orders are placed through the Precision Ropes Store at precisionropesstore.com, which has its own checkout and its own policies. This notice does not cover that store.

Wholesale inquiry form: contact name, business name, business type, business email, city and state, product interest, and optionally a phone number and additional information you write.

Technical information: to prevent spam and repeated submissions, we keep a one-way scrambled value derived from your connection address (not the address itself), the page where your visit started and the referring website name.

Your privacy choice: stored only in your own browser.

Language cookie (pr_lang): a necessary cookie that remembers the language you chose (English or Portuguese) for 12 months, so we do not redirect you again.

We do not request Social Security numbers, payment details or access to your device's precise location. We ask for your business city and state to handle your inquiry.

We use your wholesale inquiry only to review your business details and reply to you by email.

Sending the wholesale form does not sign you up for marketing email. Product news is sent only if you check the separate box on the form, and you can opt out at any time.

We do not use form details to build advertising audiences, and we do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

No analytics or advertising tool is active on these pages at the moment. If one is turned on, it will only run after you allow it in Privacy preferences, and names, emails, phone numbers and messages are never sent to it.

Website hosting, the database that stores inquiries and staff sign-in are provided by Lovable (Lovable Cloud) and its cloud infrastructure providers. Email replies are sent from our business email provider.

Information you send through this site is handled by our US sales team and may also be accessed by the Precision Ropes team in Brazil, where the products are made. Our providers may process it in other countries, including the United States.

We keep wholesale inquiries while they are useful for the business relationship you asked about, and remove them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to, unless we must keep a record for legal reasons.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, and you can stop product emails at any time on the Email preferences page or through the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Some U.S. states give residents specific privacy rights. Whether a particular state law applies depends on criteria such as business size and the volume of residents' data handled. We honor the requests above for every visitor regardless of where you live.
